The purpose of the Special Interest Group is to promote business analytics awareness, discussion and professional development tailored to the expanding business analyst role. The Special Interest Group is run by a group of passionate IIBA members interested in diving deeper into the area of business data analytics. 

They meet on a regular basis to not only strategize and take care of general business but also to plan events, discuss guest speakers, and coordinate conference participation.
