Jaleann M. McClurg is a dynamic global leader with a deep passion for data and its transformative power to drive organizational change. Known as a persuasive communicator and influential strategist, she brings extensive expertise across AI/ML, Agile/SCRUM, business analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization—consistently bridging complex technical capabilities with clear, outcome-driven business value.
With a strong foundation in enterprise data ecosystems, Jaleann specializes in designing, optimizing, and supporting data science solutions that operate reliably at production scale. She aligns cross-functional teams, drives clarity around requirements, and ensures advanced analytics initiatives deliver measurable impact—translating technical insight into strategic guidance for both senior leadership and technical teams, while advancing enterprise data science maturity through innovative, scalable solutions that enable smarter, data-driven decision-making and long-term success
Mohamed Zahran
With over 18 years of experience leading digital transformation across government, public, private, and financial sectors—spanning e-payments, cybersecurity, data analytics, and enterprise architecture—he founded and served as the first President of the IIBA Egypt Chapter, and is a former Middle East Regional Director. Mohamed’s current focus is on responsible AI adoption and governance, and he continues to mentor, judge, and speak globally to advance the profession
Felicity Kanu
A dynamic Business Analyst and strategist whose work sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, data-driven decision-making, and human-centered transformation. With a strong foundation in business analysis and a diverse professional background spanning entrepreneurship, digital innovation, and marketing, she brings a unique cross-functional perspective to AI adoption in the modern enterprise.
Felicity holds an MBA with a specialization in Business Analysis from Georgia State University. She developed and led projects focused on AI-driven systems, including a performance management platform that enhanced fairness, transparency, and efficiency by integrating DEI principles with intelligent automation.
